comprehensive and all reasonable steps have been taken
to identify potential candidates.
- Bring
maximum objectivity to evaluating the candidate and
the quality of the match with your organization.
- Provide
you with a summary of pertinent information on all
referred candidates.
- Conduct
thorough reference checking of candidates at a time
appropriate to the successful completion of the search.
- Respect
the client relationship by not recruiting any person
from your organization for at least two years after
the completion of a search assignment.
- Regard
all information concerning your business affairs as
completely confidential.
- Maintain
the highest standard of professional behavior so that
all actions reflect favorably upon your organization.
